- Precautions： Please use this product with Running shoes or sneakers. Use by placing inside the shoe. If there are removable cup insoles inside the shoe, remove them before use. Do not use with shoes that do not have enough room. It may cause a feeling of tightness. Use with slightly roomier shoes or adjust by loosening the shoelaces. If necessary, adjust the size by cutting the toe area according to the size lines on the back of this product. If this product becomes dirty, wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
